Breve Descrizione: Pianta erbacea, le basi delle foglie ricoprono lo pseudobulbo con le guaine basali. Presenta spettacolari fioriture: i fiori appaiono dalla base dello pseudobulbo su steli alti come la pianta stessa, in alcune specie sono ricadenti. Ogni pianta può presentare più di 25 fiori .
Durata: Perenne.
Periodo Di Fioritura: I fiori sono quasi di tutti i colori, eccettuato il blu ed il nero, e sono molto duraturi. Su un ramo ve ne possono essere anche 15 e durare fino a sei mesi. Ogni pianta produce circa tre fusti fioriferi.
Area Di Origine: Asia e Australia tropicale.
Clima: Temperato caldo.
Uso: Pianta d'appartamento che durante la bella stagione può vivere molto bene anche in esterni, meglio se riparata dal sole diretto nelle ore più calde della giornata, la collocazione ideale è in una veranda.

Brief Description: A herbaceous plant, the bases of the leaves covering the pseudobulb with basal sheaths. It has spectacular blooms: flowers appear from the base of the pseudobulb stems as tall as the plant itself, in some species are falling. Each plant can have more than 25 plants.
Duration: Perennial.
Flowering Period: The flowers are almost all colors, except blue and black, and are very durable. On one branch there may also be 15 and last up to six months. Each plant produces about three flowering stems.
Area Of Origin: Tropical Asia and Australia.
Climate: Temperate warm.
Use: Plant in an apartment during the summer can live very well outdoors, preferably sheltered from direct sun during the hottest hours of the day, the ideal location is in a conservatory.
