SLIPPERS'  CROSS SECTION

 CHOOSE THE RIGHT HYDRODYNAMIC PROFILE

STANDARD SLIPPERS SERIES  N

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Used in hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Maximum pressure 800 bar and over in particular conditions.
  • Speed up to 5 m/sec
  • Temperature: from -20 a +120 °C with standard O-Rings

  • from -60 a +200 °C  with special O-Rings
  • The N series is suitable for the most difficult conditions of use and the most extensive clearance.
If installed in closed grooves, recalibration is required.
LIGHT SLIPPERS SERIES  L

SPECIFICATIONS

  • The L series is the standard type for use in pneumatics. It can be used in oleodinamics too, maintaining the game coupling at a minimum.
  • Pressure: up to 100 bar normally, and over in particularly reduced game-coupling  Speed up to 5 m/sec
  • Temperature: from -20 a +120 °C with standard O-Rings

  • from -60 a +200 °C with special O-Rings

ROTOSLIPPERS
  • Bidirectional seals for slow rotational movements, fast translational movements and combined roto-translational movements.
  • Maximum pressure 800 bar
  • Temperature: from -20 to +120 °C with standard O-Rings

  • from -60 to +200 °C with special O-Rings
HYDRODYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR
Double direction seal. In dynamic use it shows optimum double direction sealing.
Double direction seal. In dynamic use it shows optimum sealing in both senses. More suitable for high speeds. At low speeds and in static conditions it presents virtually complete sealing.
Single direction seal. In dynamic conditions it presents excellent sealing on the one hand and on the other it facilitates the return of the film of oil adherent to the sliding surface. Generally used for the rod seals in hydraulic applications.
These profiles guarantee an exceptionally long life of the seal in conditions wherein constantly frequent levels of extreme pressures are reached
