* in the 1841 census the ages of people over 15 years old were usually rounded down to the nearest 5 years, so they could have really been 70-75 and 35-39  respectively – Ann would have been actually 71 and Lydia Letty Catherine 38 – so these could be the correct people, especially as they were living with a waterman, which William himself was - there is still however no trace of William himself
