Tuttle Park adds hockey rink and historical marker Tuttle Park, stretching north of Lane Avenue along the east bank of the Olentangy River, will soon open a new, $50, 000 hockey rink for in-line roller skating enthusiasts. In addition, a new historical marker has been installed next to the Tuttle Recreation Center. The marker explains that the park is named for a well-liked sports editor of the Ohio State Journal.
