Hsien-Ko and her sister made a pact after their lives were taken by the Darkstalkers. One would free the spirit of their mother while the other would avenge themselves against the powers of the night by destroying the Darkstalkers wherevere they may roam. Beware the Chinese ghosts!

My two Euro-cents
A Chinese vampire, Hsien-Ko is one of the most interesting character to play, and one of the most difficult to handle, indeed. Her counter gem pattern seems to be one of the best among the non-secret fighters, and it seems to be really good for both small-mid attacks (where it is actually a great one) and large ones; but there is a price to pay: usually, Hsien-Ko's players have to look quite often to the opponent's field and learn to master a perfect timing to attack. This is due to the fact that a not completely flat surface of the opponent's field (some columns of gems are higher or lower than the others) may interfere with Hsien-Ko diagonal counter gem pattern and prevent it to be really efficient, not to mention how easy a good setup for the opponent can be when helped by a diamond gem.
Anyway, Hsien-Ko is definetely a very good fighter, but since the line between winning or losing using her is very narrow, choosing Hsien-Ko means usually working hard to win almost every game.
