Here is described how to modify a standard fish tank for Tropical CPs growth.

Tank should be modified as in Designing a Terrarium page mentioned,

In the below figure note that left side is lower 10cm nearly than right side:

"U" shaped aluminum section bar must be cut to hold a plastic cover which will be the lights mountings too. "U" bar length is not much important, could be long enough to allow plastic covers to be fitted.

Left and right side "U" shaped aluminum bars

Plastic sliding windows can now take place correctly

An horizontal sturdy "U" shaped bar is now fixed on both lateral windows. This bar is the Terrarium main cover fourth support.

Please note that on the "U" shaped bar is fixed a "L" bar used for avoid accidental cover slipping.

Lights and electrical fixtures takes place above the plastic internal covers.

To avoid aluminum oxidation with consequent light reflection degrade, we applied an adhesive reflective plastic film on the internal side of reflectors. Both reflectors are made using a 1mm aluminum sheet shaped with a glass bottle.

Finally 6 "L" bars are pasted around the internal perimeter of the tank allowing cover to lay.
