Costa Rica novembre - dicembre 2004 Sono le 4.15 di lunedì 22 novembre 2004 e siamo in partenza per Nizza, comincia una nuova avventura di viaggio
Dopo un volo molto tranquillo arriviamo a Miami nel pomeriggio e, tra un controllo passaporti ed un altro, le pratiche di immigrazione comprensive di impronte digitali di entrambi gli indici (un dito di Monica si rifiuta di lasciare la sua impronta e intanto la coda si infittisce!) e fotografia del volto, attendiamo le 19.32 per il volo dellAmerican Airlines per San Josè
strano, non lo abbiamo mai fatto in entrata in un paese del centroamerica
