La Tessera ATO.
Dal 2002 diventa anche "D0N0 CARD"

L'associazione trapiantati organi onlus regione Puglia a partire dal 2002.ha adeguato la tessera di adesione alla stessa associazione alla legge dell'Aprile la n. 91del 99 dando ai propri iscritti attraverso la nuova tessera 'DONO CARD" ( documento ufficiale e riconosciuto) la possibilità di poter anche esprimere la dichiarazione di volontà sulla donazione di organi e tessuti.

La nuova tessera ATO "DONO CARD" è composta da due facciate dove sulla prima i dati principali della stessa associazione e uno slogan 'Dona i tuoi organi in cielo non servono" mentre dall'altra facciata è fatta si che ognuno può indicare il proprio nominativo, residenza, data di nascita, codice fiscale, numero di documento di riconoscimento, la possibilità di esprimere SI o No per la donazione dei propri organi dopo la morte a scopo trapianto, ed infine la firma del dichiarante.

Con la "DONO CARD" si è pensato di aiutare quelle persone che per molteplici motivi non si recano alle ASL di appartenenza ad esprimere la propria volontà. (previsto dalla stessa legge 91 del 99 e che riteniamo che sia la soluzione più giusta)

La tessera in oggetto ( così come altre tessere in circolazione di altre associazioni AIDO / ANED ecc.) si dovrà portarla con sé assieme ai propri documenti e NON deve essere considerata come una notifica e la seconda facciata della stessa NON è un obbligo la sua compilazione e la decisione di espressione può essere modificata in qualsiasi momento.

Essa vuoi rappresentare un modo semplice per invitare tutti noi ad una scelta consapevole, e a parlare di donazione in famiglia in un clima di serena discussione per poi per motivi di responsabilità verso gli altri, prendere una giusta decisione.
