I need to use Speedtouch 330 on MTNL triband. Facts: 1- My ST 330 USB ADSL had come with 1- Uninstalled and installed ST330 drivers (one that came tih modem and the one suggested in this forum) 2- Changed VCI=32 (suggested by MTNL)

Secondly, you put the modem in bridge mode. Then you try creating a PPPoE connection in Win XP / 2000 or whatever your OS is. If it works then we can see if we can get it to work in the regular mode.
