CONEXANT ADSL USB MODEM DRIVER

trouble with usb modem in winxp_x64
i've the following problem with my adsl usb modem in winxp_x64: i can't find the driver for it. the modem is a trust speedlink a235 with conexant chipset, but on trust site they aren't. i've contacted trust but the answer was negative.
