Police are looking for two men who forced a motorist's car off a Northland road, and shot a passenger in the head with a crossbow, before fleeing. The men forced the 29-year-old victim's car off the East Coast road between Tutukaka and Ngunguru, northeast of Whangarei at 5pm on Sunday.
