ROUND ROBIN
I have begun for curiosity, I go on for pleasure, to take part in a Round Robin is a beautiful experience.
R.R. is a beautiful story where you can meet virtually different and distant people, all united in a common passion for cross stitch; it is beautiful to think a part of you has entered in a house that you don't know, so I like to think this part of cloth has left white and it has returned full of colours, fantasy and sympathy of other people
It isn't necessarly to be expert of embroidery, with perfect reverse, it is enough to want seriously to dedicate a lot of owner time to this game, to follow the simple rules that composed it, and the game has done. You form a group, each person divide a piece of cloth (Aida or linen are the same thing) in as squares as participants and decided a theme, the other participants will follow it; after to have embroidered your square, you send your cloth to the person after you in the list, she will embroider a square with your theme, and so on till the cloth return to you. At this time you have a work unique and particular done to many hands, bearer of many personality and esperiences, a way to know other people and to find new friends.
I would want to spend some words on the seriousness of Round Robin, it's true that it is a beautiful game, but it is in each case a game to take seriously and not take and leave when you are tired; unfortunately it's a period in which I hear thick of cloths lost, lack of seriousness of some participants, myself have seen my International RR to founder for lack of seriousness of some participants and for incomprehensions with other.
For don't depreciate the beauty of RR, for don't founder the trust in this beautiful experience, I ask you to take seriously this game, there are little rules but they must be respected; please think with attention to your commitments before to register to a RR and then go back, and, in each case, remember that to each problem there is a solution and your travelling companions will be always available to help you.

I am just at beginning of my RR travel, it is my best divertisement even if each time it is difficult for me to respect the expected rules, but it is too pleasant hold my breath waiting the return of my cloth, waiting the final result; I hope to have transmitted you the desire to try at least one time, after, I think, it will be difficult to give up
