B & W DM-16

Floor standing loudspeaker

DM-16 represent the top of DM series (1980’s). In this three-way speaker were used polymer drive cones and domes.

An inner circuit named APOC (audio powered overload circuit) leads the red LED overload indicator

(positioned on the lower front side of the speaker).

The APOC protects automatically the loudspeaker drivers against DC,

thermal and transient overload signals. Cabinet in real wood veneers (teak, walnut or black ash).

1 x 26 mm polyester dome tweeter

1 x 100 mm midrange polyamide cone

1 x 220 mm bass driver thermo-plastic cone
