Brief Statistics.
(1) L'idea originale della copertina inizialmente era quella dei baobab che oggi si vedono sul retro. Ma fu cambiata nel famoso uomo rivestito di lampadine ispirandosi alla tazza con piattino rivestita di pelo di Oppenheim ed al rivestimento dei bicchieri da vino di Dalě. Le copertine del disco furono tutte uguali, quasi tutte con il formato apribile, ma alcuni paesi le fecero uscire anche non apribili (tra cui l'Argentina e alcune versioni coreane).
(2) Degne di nota sono: le edizioni russe del disco, che uscirono per la Melodia (dal 1989, sia come doppio LP, sia nella confezione da 1 LP) e per la Ritonis (dal 1991, stampate a Riga, sia come doppio LP, sia nella confezione da 1 LP), con varie etichette rosse e bianche, molto apprezzate dai collezionisti piů incalliti; e le due versioni picture-disc brasiliane della Sony, la prima con un solo LP, uguale per le due facciate, e la seconda, piů rara, con 2 LP diversi, con il motivo che di solito di trovava negli inner.

Brief Statistics.
(1) Cosa significa realmente P.U.L.S.E.? Il termine PULSE potrebbe significare: * P.U.L.S.E. : Pretty Uninspired Light Show Essentially ...oppure... * P.U.L.S.E. : Pinkfloyd Ultimate Light and Sound Experience.
(2) Da dove sono stati presi I brani di "Pulse"? La versione video (sia in VHS, che in Laser Disc) di "Pulse" viene esclusivamente dal concerto del 20 ottobre 1994 all'Earls Court; il video č una riedizione di quello che era il programma originale su di una Pay-Per-View Tv. Rispetto al filmato originale andato in onda nella PPV, la versione video di "Pulse" presenta alcune differenti inquadrature e alcuni tagli negli assoli di chitarra. La versione audio (CD, MD, cassette e vinile) di "Pulse" non č lo stesso del video: presenta pezzi presi da alcuni concerti del Tour Europeo di "The Division Bell". Un grosso fan, Karl Dallas, ha elencato le canzoni e i posti su di un numero del "Revue on-line magazine", aiutato da Andy Mabbett.
(3) Il riferimento a "potting shed" č probabilmente uno scherzo mirato a Roger Waters. La prima moglie di Roger, Jude, era una vasaia. Lo studio di Roger, il famoso Billiard Room, ha condiviso lo spazio con il laboratorio di ceramica di Jude. In altre parole, il capannone a cui si riferisce il termine "potting shed" č lo studio di Roger.
