| Time Zones In order to keep constant the measurement of the time on the entire planet, in 1912 it was established to divide it in 24 time zones, every one of which having amplitude of 15 degrees and being equivalent to an hour. Therefore, since then, territories included inside the same time zone have the same time. Considering as starting point, i.e. as zero, the Greenwich's meridian in the United Kingdom, if you travel towards east you shall increase one hour every time you pass from a time zone to one other; if, on the contrary, you go to the west, you shall decrease one hour. The following table shows, for each time zone, the number of the participants to the group "Invisible Monastery of Charity and Fraternity" gathering to pray; this allows us to know how the prayer is spread during a day. | |||
