ERRORE 721 MODEM ADSL

amusingly enough….
it just took me about 4 tries to get online. each time error 721 which after telling them there was no active adsl on the line they said it was active was the router we had to use there modem so we did and it still didnt work,
cant authenticate with uk speedtouch modem
then error 721 - the remote computer did not respond. any help please? ps this modem is the standard modem supplied by most uk broadband isp's. this one by virgin broadband. has anybody else had the same problem when bringing a modem

shite thing that i have in the evenings.it seems that the majority of error 721 messages i get come after 8:30pm. started on about how actually i should be using a router for my adsl connection rather than the usb modem provided

me lo sentivo ieri pulendo il pollo oggi la mia adsl è andata a troie con errore 721. la telecom brancola nel buio, io sono col 56k, con una vecchia connessione 0521 sperando inganni la leggi ancora

hi team, my friend has a bt voyager 105 modem,in that usb and dsl light are soid green and when he is trying to access the internet he gets error message 721. we have uninstalled the modem and also re-installed but still the same error.
error 691 / 721 can't connect to service
