MERENDINE ATOMICHE “The Holy Metal” (No Brain) Very strange name. For you who don't use to speak in Italian I just say that the translation in English is Atomic Snacks and it is already enough to make you know the essence of this 5 pieces band. Considered in Italy as the best METALLICA tribute's band, M.A. decide now to release this professional MCD where the technical value of the musicians is evident and without doubts their point of force, but too similar to the Gods of Thrash is the essence of the music and I have to admit that strangely METALLICA is not their main influence because I find in their music references to EXODUS and bands like WATCHTOWER more than to the Frisco's band. The reason of this is in the characteristics of Luca's voice that in some occasions is very close to Power elements too. Definitely a good act, but more personality is needed. The CD comes with a CD-Rom video track but it doesn't deserve any interest.
