1977-1984: Paice-Ashton-Lord, Whitesnake, Gary Moore Band
After Deep Purple disbanded in 1976, Paice joined forces with Jon Lord and singer Tony Ashton for the PAICE ASHTON LORD project:
PAICE, ASHTON & LORD - MALICE IN WONDERLAND (for album details, check Lord's discography).
After this album, Paice played occasionally before joining WHITESNAKE in 1980. He played in the following albums (check Coverdale's discography for details):

Paice played with Coverdale for less than two years. In 1982 he joined the GARY MOORE BAND, in which he played until Deep Purple's reunion in 1984. These are the albums in which Paice played:
