Well-served by public transport, the flat is really close to the "Roma-Pantano" city railway. By the "Roma-Pantano" train, you will reach Termini central rail station in 10 minutes, regardless of traffic jams.

From there, the "Leonardo Express" train will bring you to/from Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) airport.

From the apartment, in few minutes, bus line 409 connects to the "A" or the "B" line of the underground to reach any side of Rome.
Night Bus line 50 provides an efficient connection to and from Termini station during night-time.
Cheapest way to reach Marra House from Fiumicino Airport: do not use the Leonardo Express, take the Regional train to "Roma Tiburtina" station. From there, take bus line #409 and get off at via Casilina. The Regional train takes 45 mins (instead of 30 mins) but costs about half the Leonardo Express. Look for your train at Trenitalia (leaving from: "Fiumicino Aeroporto", going to: "Roma Tiburtina")

From there, take "B" line (direction "Laurentina") of the underground to "Colosseo" station (10 min.); alternatively: take line "Roma-Pantano", direction "Termini", (2 mins walking from Marra House) to "Porta Maggiore" (7 min.). From there take tram 3 to Colosseum.
