Probably the most important architect and painter of Italian Renaissance, learner of varius artists as
Michelangelo and Andrea del Sarto.
He was born in Arezzo on July 30th, 1511; he worked in Florence and Rome. Cosimo I's official artist,
dead in Florence on June 27th, 1574.
His work «LE VITE de´ piu eccellenti pittori scultori e architettori»
was published in 1550.
