Italy Wushu "Master Cup"

The Wushu "Master Cup" will be held at the gym "Palarigopiano" of Pescara city on the 27th, February, 2000, which is directed by Italian Wushu Kungfu Federation (F.I.Wu.K) and undertaken by "Pescara Wushu Kungfu Studio Ccenter".

The competitione rule made by F.I.Wu.K will be executed during this tournament.

This Cup includes the following competitive events:

1. Primary Routines: Changquan 16 & 32, Nanquan 16 & 32, Broadsword 32, Sword 32, Cudgel 32, Spear 32, Taijiquan 24, Taiji-sword 32.
2. International competition standard routines: Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan 42, Sword, Broadsword, Cudgel, Spear, Taiji-sword 42, Nandao (south style broadsword), Nangun (south style Cudgel).
3. Traditional Routines: Barehand, Short-weapon, Long-weapon.
4. Exhibition Routines: Barehand, with Weapon, Taijiquan in different styles.
5. Combat events:         1). Semi-contact.    2). Combat following the Chinese traditional method.    3). Chinese Wrestling

The applicant unit has sent the invitation form out to almost all the Wushu Organizations in Italy and they expect that this tournament will fascinate many Italian wushu amateurs to come for not only partecipating but also viewing and admiring.

Italian Emei Wushu Kungfu Academy will send 4 athletes to join this tournament.
