Video Production Unit division. In addition to history, and member information,
includes a video library and ordering info.

VIDEO PRODUCTION UNIT North Carolina Justice Academy PO Box 99 Salemburg NC 28385-0099 Phone 910.525.4151 Fax 910.525.5445 Video Production Unit is a component of the Academy’s Instructional Support Services Department, under the administration of the Instructional Support Services Manager and the Deputy Director of Support Services

The Video Production Unit’s primary purpose is to develop digital and analog video products to supplement and enhance North Carolina criminal justice mandated training and courses designed and delivered by the Justice Academy’s training staff

The Video Unit is located on the Salemburg campus in the Support Services Building

The Video space is over 2, 150 square feet in size and consists of three offices, three edit suites, audio booth, conference area, duplicating and tape storage room and an engineering and equipment storage area

in Radio, TV and Motion Pictures - UNC-Chapel Hill, NC Ten years in video production in several private production companies in North Carolina

The Video Unit equipment is based on the Sony DVCam format

New technology which the Video Unit is producing includes CDs and DVDs as well as video, audio and animation products to support the Academy’s web-based training
