The objectives for which the Program is established are as follows:
1. The organization is formed with the association of person interested in
encouragement and development of Kalash Indigenous Survival Programme.
2. To preserve the unique culture of Kalash Valley and work for the
betterment and welfare of Kalash (Chitral ).
3. To give awareness regarding responsibilities and rights to general public
of Kalash through any sorts of media.
4. To provide a center of information and advice on matters pertaining to
above mentioned program.
5. To establish research centres of similar education and vocational
institutes and local welfare centres.
6. To popularize, facilitate, promote and provide technical and general
education amongst people by establishing technical institute so that the
masses may equip themselves with the gifts of knowledge and keep pace with
the march of time.
7. To prepare layout and maintain roads, schools, cultural centres, ground
for pleasure, recreation and sports.
8. To receive donations, financial assistance, borrow and require money for
purchase, hire, repair, alter, use, sell machinery & equipment etc.
9. To promote, hold, manage, conduct meetings, exhibitions, entertainment
etc. and otherwise utilize funds, property of the program to develop social
aspects of objects.
10. To maintain and operate hospital/dispensaries for the poor community of
Kalash.
11. To arrange exhibitions for promoting the locally manufactured
handicrafts.
12. To promote understanding, awareness and tolerance among the minorities
and the majorities.
13. To give stipends and sorts of assistance to poor, needy and deserving
students of Kalash Valley to enable them to carry on their studies, so that
they come out as responsible citizens of the state.
14. To set up a publishing concern/media to circulate pamphlets, articles,
books, newsletters, journals and periodicals on human rights.
15. To hold seminars, workshops, conferences, conventions on national and
internationals level and bring forth the modern day to day conflicting
issues.
16. To plan and implement Environmental Protection Program.
17. To create job opportunity for the locals.
18. To establish a museum for preserving the indigenous culture of Kalash.
19. To educate the people and to increase cooperation for local help.
20. To establish the hotels of local community for tourist.
21. To promote the Kalash tourism.
