Breeding and Registration Rules

Art. 2.6.7 SIA (Siamese) and BAL (Balinese)                                                                       Crossess of Siamese and Balinese of all varieties with Silver of any variety are to be prohibited. At the breeder's request, exceptions may be allowed by the National LO Commission, in such cases the LO Commission will be responsible for the determination of the colours of the offspring.

Offspring without white born out of one or both parents with white must be registered as SIA/BAL* (target breed). The target breed must be noted on the pedigree for subsequent eight (8) generations.

It changes the denomination for the Orientals and Javanese: Orientals will take the denomination  <ORIENTAL SHORTHAIR> while Javanese that of  <ORIENTAL LONGHAIR>

From this date it is  recognized also the <ORIENTAL BICOLOR>
