BAD RADIATOR CAP:

Ever had a bad radiator cap If so, what happened
The spillage is coming from the cap side of the radiator. Is the cap designed to dump out when the pressure is up? I could try a different cap, but wasn't sure what to expect from a good cap/bad cap. I am not running a expansion tank
Anyone else with a bad radiator cap?

Turns out he has lost his radiator cap. I hoped that it got caught in his fairing Soon he was back with the cap. Life was good and we were rolling again. was pretty good in a straight push or pull, but any side pressure was bad.

I think you've won yourself a brand spanking new radiator cap! I wonder if you have air in your systemit probably a bad cap though to either the radiator or the The radiaor cap TSB would not be for Titans or Armadas then!!

We all know that the expansion tanks have a bad tendency to leak/explode, but what I am not sure is if placing the newer cap on it prevents from this happening, or will it happen regardless of what cap is on there.

I got my new cap yesterday and installed it this morning before heading to work. my caplooks the same but no rattle too? He assured me my old one was bad. Here's a pic. of my old and new radiator cap! _________________
