The house is a detached house with a large covered patio plunged in the vegetation on a  level ground - of more or less 4.000 square meters – covered with the typical Maremma trees (strawberry-trees, cork- oaks, holm-oaks, etc) which leaves a wide view on the lagoon and on the gulf.

The villa and its ground are on the halfway up of the “Pianone” main road, 600 metres away from the sea (seaside resort “due pini”) and 3 kilometres away from Porto Santo Stefano.

The villa is on one single level and it consists in a leaving room with chimney, a wide kitchen/dining room (up to 12 guests), a studio with a sommier, 4 bedrooms (8 pax +1) and 2 bath rooms. On the before mentioned road there is the entrance to the garden and to the paved garage for 2 cars.

Right in front of the kitchen/dining room’s door there is a barbecue and in the bush there is an area equipped with wooden stove, barbeque, big table and benches perfect for outdoors breakfast in the morning
