Directions coming from the Motorway exit "Verona Sud" of the A4 Milano-Venezia.
1) After the exit of the motorway keep the right directions HOSPITAL
BORGO ROMA.
2) At the second traffic light keep right, direction MODENA
3) After 3 Km you'll reach a town called CADIDAVID, turn left at the traffic light in front of the church
4) After 2 Km you'll find a roundabout , go straight and we 're on the left
Total 7 Km, it takes 10-15 Minutes (in yellow in the map)
Directions coming from the Motorway exit Verona Nord of the A22 Brennero- Modena
1)After the exit you must take a Speedway called TANGENZIALE, you will have to turn right .
This speedway leads to Mantova, Airport, and to the center of Verona.
2) Keep following directions for the airport
3) After 6-7 Km from the exit Verona Nord you will find a junction , right for the airport, left for the TANGENZIALE SUD and for ROVIGO, you must turn left,for TANGENZIALE SUD so
don't follow anymore the airport.
4) after 6 Km take the exit for ROVIGO and LEGNAGO
5)After 800 m. take the exit for SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO Z.A.I.
6) At the Stop of the roundabout take right,
7) After 100 metres there is a roundabout turn left
8) After 1,5 Km there is a roundabout , turn left and we're on the left you are arrived.
Total 15 Km it takes 20 minutes because it's always speedway (in blue in the map)
Directions coming from the center of Verona, by car
1) Just remember that our hotel is on the National Road that leads to
LEGNAGO and ROVIGO so where ever you are in Verona, always follow for ROVIGO
and you'll pass in fron of our Hotel, that you'll find on your left coming from Verona, in a
junction where there is a roundabout , 2 Km after the commercial center Verona Uno.
IMPORTANT If you pass in front of the commercial center Verona Uno, (that will be on your left, do not turn left for Rovigo at the next roundabout, because it will take you to a speedway),
Just go straight and our hotel will be after 2 Km-on your left.
Total 7 Km, it takes 10-15 Minutes
2)We recommend not to follow the direction San Giovanni Lupatoto, because we are on a
different road than the one that takes to the center of San giovanni Lupatoto ,
we're on the road that leads to Legnago and ROVIGO,
there is also a speedway that goes to Legnago and Rovigo if you go into it
we're at the exit SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO (ZAI)
(see then from point 6 the directions from the airport)
Directions coming from the airport "Valerio Catullo", by car
1)From the airport just keep the superstrada (free motorway) direction Verona.
2) After 2 Km you will have to exit on the right , the direction is TANGENZIALE SUD
(take care because the exit is just after a turn).
3) After 10 Km take the exit Rovigo,
4)After 800 m. take the exit for SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO Z.A.I.
5) At the Stop of the roundabout take right,
6) After 100 metres there is a roundabout turn left
7) After 1,5 Km there is a roundabout , turn left and we're on the left you are arrived.

Directions coming from the train station "Verona Porta Nuova" by bus

1)There are 2 colours of bus in Verona, for the center of Verona ( orange bus) and
for outside Verona (Blue Bus)
2)You must take the ATV bus for outside Verona, the blue bus, and buy a ticket before going on the bus, it is possbile to buy ticket on the bus but costs a little more.
3) The Ticket office is inside the station near the change office and near the taxi exit. It will cost 1,6 EURO, number 2.
4)The bus line number is 44 direction Cerea and Legnago,departing from gate from 2 to 7 these gates are under the trees on the left side outsidfe eof the station (I made a pink circle in the map)
Every hour from 7.00 a.m. to 8 p.m., in the half hours at midday and in the evening.
5) The stop you will have to exit is called "COMOTTO" , you must ask the driver to drop you
down in Comotto "POSSIAMO SCENDERE A COMOTTO ?"
6) The bus trip is 17 minutes, it is easy if you look on your left until you see the big
commercial center VERONA UNO.When you passed it stand up take your luggage and ask the driver to stop in COMOTTO .The COMOTTO stop will be after 1 stop.
8)When you get dow, cross the road, follow the direction where the bus is going and after
300 metres there is our Hotel on the left where there is the roundabout.

coming from the
center of Verona by bus
1)The bus where you will have to take the bus is 300 metres from the Arena in Corso Porta Nuova in front of the garden (see the map) .
2) Buy the ticket that costs about 1,5 EURO per person , the green ticket, number 2 of the APT company , it is possbile to buy ticket on the bus but costs a little more.
3) The bus line is line 44 direction Cerea and Legnago
4) The bus passes every hour from 7.05 a.m. to 8.05 p.m., in the half hours at midday
and in the evening
5) The stop you will have to exit is called "COMOTTO" , you must ask the driver to drop you
down in Comotto "POSSIAMO SCENDERE A COMOTTO ?"

1) Just out of the motorway exit, at the roundabout in front of you follow left for tangenziale sud.(that means speedway)
2) After 100 meters of "tangenziale" follow for Verona and keep going on the tangenziale for 10 Km.
3) When you will find the directions for Legnago-Rovigo take this exit and after the long roundabout keep following for Legnago-Rovigo and after 500 meters take the exit SAN GIOVANNI LUPATOTO (ZAI)
4) At the Stop of the roundabout take right,
5) After 100 metres there is a roundabout turn left
6) After 1,5 Km there is a roundabout , turn left and we're on the left you are arrived.

Directions to reach our hotel coming from the centre of San Giovanni Lupatoto
1) If you are in the main road of San Giovanni Lupatoto (Via Garofoli) you're on a parallel road of the road to reach our hotel.
2) So at the roundabout with a blue obelisk of the centre of San Giovanni Lupatoto turn right (if you're coming from Verona) or right if you're coming from Zevio
3) Go always straight for 2 km (in these 2 km you will find: 1 roundabout, 1 traffic light, 1 roundabout, 1 stop).
4) At the Stop turn right, after 300 meters at the roundabout turn right and our hote is in the left.
