Case Converter is an
easy-to-use utility that allows you to convert a text file.
NB: This program works properly only with text files (.TXT). Version 3.0 fixed all known bugs.
With other formats it usually works fine: anyway conversion from other formats is at your own
risk.
Options:
1) Convert text to UPPERCASE.
2) Convert text to lowercase.
3) Convert text to lowercase. Uppercase only for new sentence.
4) Convert To Uppercase First Char Of All Words.
