From Mezzolago go towards Pieve di
Ledro, as indicated on itinerary n ° 57 "Lago di
Ledro - Bocchetta di Trat Rif. Nino Pernici", climb
to the Bocchetta di Trat.
Reached the pass (1581 m), carry on
a steep dirt road that descends on the opposite side. This
is the path of "Adrenalina Bike" famous classic
down-hill that from the Bocchetta diTrat, in a dozen kilometers
down to Riva del Garda.The winner crossed the 1,500 meters
in altitude downhill in just 17 '. We cover it in a longer
time, paying close attention especially to the first 4 km
that have incredible slopes.
After 2 km from the pass, we overcome the hut Dosso dei
Fiori m. 1355 and, out of the woods, after 4 km we reach
the Capanna M. Grassi 1050.
Following the trail 402 ("Sentiero
della Pinza"), exceeds the village Campi and continue
downhill on dirt and always cemented steep slope to Riva
del Garda.
The fatigue is felt, there are still
about 13 km to reach Mezzolago, 10 of them along the main
path of Ponale that the 70 m Riva brings us to 660 m. Lake
Ledro. We address the gap slowly, keeping in mind that from
Pre to Molina di Ledro, climb slopes presents considerable.
