Example:
On WinXP: unpack the files in C:/Program Files/GHC/ then execute GHC.exe and you're ready to play!
On PDA: unpack the files in /programs/GHC/ then execute GHC.exe and you're ready to play!

It's a MUST to mantain the directory structure, unless the program won't load correctly. Here's a screenshot:
The Sub-directories are structured as follows:
Data: Contains various ".txt" files with description of BackPack Items
Graphics: Contains three files: Graphics.pak , graphics0.pak and graphics_f.pak
Saves: contains three files: data.pak, stats.txt, maxstats.txt.
In the main directory you should have three files: ghc.exe debuglog.txt errorlog.txt
