Demis found success in Spain since Aphrodite's Child era and as a solo artist was loved since the first track "We Shall Dance" (later "Bailare Bailaras" in the spanish cover). Little by little he obtained big hits recording his best songs in spanish language where Goodbye My Love Goodbye  become "Adios mi amor adios", Forever and Ever:    "Por Siempre y para siempre" , Someday somewhere:  "Un dia igual a los demas"  and many other tracks always released in castellano too (above all the "Universum" album all in spanish).

With these songs Demis gained a lot of spanish fans all over the world and above all in latin countries as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Mexico.

Those tracks were included in many album and recently we find some great CD compilations containing all his hits in spanish.

Spain and latin countries are always a good market for the greek artist and the joy for his innumerable fans.

"Los Super" one of the first Demis double album compilations containing a lot of tracks in spanish (PHILIPS 1977).

In 1999 under "UNIVERSAL" label, was released "Demis Roussos en espanol": the first double CD; the collection in spanish language is almost complete.

Recently the "Universal Music Colombia S.A." and the "DIVUCSA - ARCADE MUSIC COMPANY ESPANA S.A."made some interesting releases - hard to find - including some tracks previously unreleased on CD: "Senora" (the spanish cover of "I Need You") is inside the "Esta es mi Historia" CD (including 8 pages booklet with Demis story and discography).
