The site has an archive of the stamps issued since year 2000 and is always updated with latest issues.
They are based
outside the TAAF in Reunion. If you get in touch with them they will give you various addresses for philatelic
inquiries other than mail orders (e. g., cancels) or for purchases of stamps in
person. But for mail orders, your only option seems to be La Poste in mainland
