it has been reported that avi produced with that patch are not readable by windows media player, but since there is no other progam to test dev-4-api i don't know if it's a bug of my code or a
xvid bug. Avi can be playerd by xine mplayer, and other windows encoding program

to make it work simply extract configure and put in mplayer root dir, then extract ve_xvid.c and vd_xvid.c in libmpcodecs dir,
go in mplayer dir and then run configure, make make install =)
