i get a download speed of about 30 kbps using the conexant-based adsl modem in linux. i used to get 55-60 kbps earlier, but that's another story. the funny thing is, when i connect to the internet from windows -- installed as a guest os

i've the following problem with my adsl usb modem in winxp_x64: i can't find the driver for it. the modem is a trust speedlink a235 with conexant chipset, but on trust site they aren't. i've contacted trust but the answer was negative.
