multiple errors
I have a nec nd 1300a dvd burner and i updated the firmware from 1.0a to 1.21. i keep on getting errors like key illegal request, illegal disc, unable to start disc at once, scsi error,and scsi_tastatus_chkcond.
Transferring old file formats
Big problem -- no one has 3.5 inch floppy discs anymore.and even if you (or I) did, once you get tthe data onto a disc, how would you ever be able to read the disc on a new computer --ie there are no more disc drives.

Nero PMA Update failure
However when I want to burn dvds everytime it reaches only 1% and then shows PMA Update failure and could not perform Disc-at-once. So,the burn is cancelled and the dvd is lost I have an LG DVDR.
