Il Certosino è un gatto molto dolce, dal carattere indipendente e tranquillo, miagola poco; ci sono comunque differenze tra i vari soggetti. Gli piace vivere in appartamento ed è un eccellente compagno, non invadente, con cui è facile vivere è in grado di donare grandi manifestazioni d’affetto.

The chartreux is a very sweet cat,  from an independent character and quiet little meows, there are still differences between the various aanimals. It likes to live in an apartment and is an excellent companion, unobtrusive, easy to live with which is capable of giving great displays of affection.

Le chartreux est un chat très doux, au caractère indépendant et calme, il miaule peu; de toute façon il y a encore des distinctions à faire entre les différents animaux. Il aime vivre dans un appartement et c’est un excellent compagnon, discret, facile à vivre en sa compagnie, qui est capable de donner de grandes manifestations d’affection.
