THE RIGHT AND HOLY VIOLENCE OF GOD
Many Christians believe God should imagine a tailored to their expectations
or otherwise of their concepts, which themselves have created.
So, if a God in his image and likeness and not the opposite (i.e. try to be
their image and likeness of God), read the Bible Scripture twisting trying to
adapt them to their pre-concept of Yahweh.
For Christians the only God to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; not only that of
Abraham but also Isaac and Jacob, i.e. Yahweh.
How can we try to know Yahweh?
There are always two big and unique tools: prayer and the study of his
word!
We must have faith that the Bible is the instrument that God gave us to
know him and love him properly and that is inspired by God.
Jesus himself when he wanted to testify publicly in words the will of the
father did quoting Scriptures, such as with Satan:
Luke 4: 4 Jesus said, "it is written:" bread Not only will the man ".
Luke 4: 8 Jesus said, "it is written:" worship the Lord
your God and him only make your worship. "
Matteo 4:10 Then Jesus said to him: "Begone, Satan: for it is
written:" worship the Lord your God and him only make cult '. "
Or, for example when drove the merchants from the temple:
Luke 19:46 telling them: ' it is written: "my house is a House

at the concept of the Holy and righteous God of violence
Already in Eden we the first violence with the expulsion of Adam and Eve
and violence put in place by the two Cherubim that physically prevent Adam back
not to eat of the tree of life slowly die as a result of sin.

In Abraham we have a psychological violence as the knife is not dropped
onto Isaac, but the answer of God has determined in Abraham a will, certainly
not pleasant, to kill his son.
11:17 Jews By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered
Isaac; he, who had received the promises, gave his only begotten.
11:18 Jews Yet God had told him: «is Isaac that will be
given a descent».
11:19 Jews Abraham was convinced that God is mighty by
raising the dead; and Isaac as a recovered species of resurrection.
In Egypt God caused the famose10 plagues with the killing of thousands and
thousands of people including all the first-born of the Egyptians:
12:29 Exodus At midnight the Lord struck
all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat
on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner who was in prison, and all the
first-born of the cattle.
Destroyed the Egyptians who pursued the people of Israel:
Exodus 15: 4 He threw overboard the
Pharaoh's chariots and his army; his best commanders and were submerged in the
Red Sea.
Then destroyed practically the entire generation that had come from the land
of Egypt by wander for 40 years in the wilderness because of their infidelity:
14:26 Numbers The Lord spoke to Moses and
Aaron, and said:
14:27 Numbers ' Until I will tolerate this
evil community that murmurs against me? I have heard the murmurings that the
children of Israel are against me.
14:28 Numbers Tell them: "it is true
that I live, saith the Lord, I give you what I heard from you.
14:29 Numbers Your bodies will fall in this
desert; and you all, how many you are, you did the census, by the age of twenty
years, and who have murmured against me
Remember
then the various wars of conquest of the promised land with many massacres of
men, women and children aimed at maintaining the purity of the people of Israel
In the history of Israel, to punish the unfaithful, many people were killed
by God, also led to Nebuchadnezzar 70 years in exile in Babylon almost the
entire population survived.
2Chronicles 36: 17 Then he did rise against the
King of the Chaldeans, who killed sword their young in the House of their
sanctuary, and not spared young, nor maiden, or elder, nor old. The Lord gave

To free his people and God made intervene Ciro that with a war of conquest
and extermination took possession of Babylon.
Isaiah 13:19 Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the

One of the last acts of violence will be the great battle of Harmagheddon
described in revelation that will start the thousand years of the reign of
Jesus on Earth.
Apocalypse 14:20 The winepress was
trampled outside the city, and by tino blood came that led up to the horses,
for a stretch of six hundred furlongs.
Apocalypse 19:21 The remainder was killed with
the sword that came out from the mouth of him who was on horseback, and all the
birds NIV says of their meat.
Then at the end of the thousand years there will be a last revolt of men
against God:
Revelation 20: 7 When the thousand years are
expired, Satan will be released from his prison
Revelation 20: 8 and will go out to deceive the
Nations which are at the four corners of the Earth, Gog and Magog, to gather
them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.
Revelation 20: 9 And climbed on the surface of
the Earth and surrounded the camp of the Saints and the beloved city; but a
fire from heaven came down and swallowed them.
Then at the very end,with the opening of
the book of life, will end the violence of God with the last act that is
judgment:
Revelation 21: 8 But the cowardly, unbelieving,
abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters and all liars
shall have their part in the Lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is
the second death '.
There are many Biblical events
which directly or indirectly taken by God, have caused and will cause, with the
use of violence, a huge amount of deaths, sufferings and afflictions.
All this however, as part of
the plans of God and being aimed at a future and eternal life to all mankind,
was and will be a righteous and Holy path, full of violence, also from Genesis
to Revelation that we accept as just and HOLY VIOLENCE of GOD i.e. once
again as one of the many acts of love that he has done and will do to save her
children.

Apocalypse 22:14 Blessed are those who wash
their robes to qualify to the tree of life and to enter the gates of the city!

Apocalypse 22:20 One who attests to these
things, says: ' Yes, I am coming soon!» Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
Apocalypse 22:21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be
with everyone.
