STUFFED SQUIDS WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients (2 people):

2 Squid 20 cm boiled approximately 15 min, pine nuts, 1 egg, garlic and parsley, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, dried mushrooms, white wine, oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Chop the tentacles of the squids with garlic, parsley and a pinch of dried mushrooms soaked in hot water. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper the dough. Fill the squid with the filling prepared and put them to brown in a pan with oil and the pine nuts. Spray then with the white wine and add a bit of water of soaked mushrooms and a small piece of stock cube and restrict all.
