SPAGHETTI TO ANCHOVIES

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

 

 3 hg. of spaghetti, 3 hg. of anchovies fresh, 2 tomatoes private of seeds and peel and cut in cubes, 1 clove of garlic, thyme and marjoram in abundance, oil

 

 

Preparation:

 

clears the anchovies, debone and cut in 2 pieces each fillet. brown the garlic in oil in a frying pan non-stick and then add the anchovies and click cook few minutes. When the pasta is almost cooked add the anchovies the tomato and the herbs to leaves, let cook minutes more than season spaghetti strewing with raw extra virgin olive oil.
