POLENTA GREEN

Ingredients: (2 people)

 

1 bunch of black cabbage, 7.5 dl of water, 4 tablespoons of pre-cooked polenta (75 gr.), oil and salt

 

 

Preparation:

 

Boil 10 minutes, in the pressure cooker with 7.5 dl water the cabbage cleaned of parties hard. In a saucepan bring the cabbage cut into pieces, 7.5 dl of water to boiling, cabbage, a teaspoon of salt and bring everything to a boil, add the polenta and cook for 8 minutes, stirring it all. Season at the table with extra Virgin oil raw and parmesan cheese.
