INTRODUCTION
We fell in love with 'La casa di Rundine' in the Spring of 2006.
We were travelling in the Montiferru area and decided to stop in Santu Lussurgiu for a couple of hours.
Wandering around the historical centre of this picturesque Sardinian village we spotted a black cat sun-bathing on a lemon tree next to what would later become our base in this beautiful island.
It took us a while to find out that the house that we liked so much in via dei Dragoni belonged to the Rundine family, but a few months later we toasted our new acquisition with Lillina, Maria, Angelino, Niccolo' and Giuseppe and began our love affair with this place.
In spite of the fact that we lived in this house for over two years, the villagers still refer to it as la casa di Rundine.
So if you ever get lost in the mazes of this charming little village just ask for it and someone will be able to give you directions right to our doorstep.
