Hello! Welcome to my site dedicated to those who like me love swapping viewcards, to know many new places in Italy and in the whole world! A am a girl/woman (too old to be still called girl and too young to be considered a woman, lol) who collects viewcards since a lot of years. It's a passion transmitted to me by my mum, we can say I collect viewcards since I was born! I haven't particular preferences (you can see better in "viewcards I'm searching), even if at this moment I'm searching at least one viewcard for each Italian village/town and one from each world country. Viewcards are a direct way to show them and make appreciate lots of nice things that we would even never be able to imagine! Unfortunately in very small Italian places viewcards are going to disappear and many times it's almost impossible to find some for swaps... I have a lot of friends-swappers and I have decided to make this site to give them the opportunity to better check which cards I'm searching and I need for my collection. You can see in fact which cards I miss, my swapping habits and conditions and also take a look at some scans of cards I got from my friends! I must tell it's not a very interesting site for those who haven't my same "mania", but I hope instead that those who like viewcards like me will have a nice meeting point to also make new friendships and swaps. Or maybe, who knows... I can also give you a new hobby idea and you will start your own collection like me? Would be simply cool!!! In the Italian section of the site are listed the names of Italian places I miss (but of course I search cards from abroad too!!!). I swap 1:1 card. I haven't old vintage cards, only modern or rather old (70s, 80s) cards of my area for trade. I accept new or used (travelled) cards but in good conditions, color or black and white, all shapes and sizes (even if I prefer 10x15 cm, 4x6 cards), one view or multiviews. VIEWCARDS only!!!!! Please NOT flowers, animals (apart typical animals, like Australian cangaroos), free/rack/advertising cards. I neither accept generic cards (without the name of the place ANYWHERE in the card, front or back is the same) or I wouldn't know in which place put them.
