We start saying that the neighbourhood are very nice, this area offers sea, hills and mountains that they touch the threethousand meters, and this area consents to practise differents activities besides free climb and mountain bike.

For who loves the kayak and the canoe, in the are of Breil, the Roya river is practicable for nine kilometres. Is possible to do walks horse, hang gliding and speleology (Marguareis caverns,) for yourinformation there are also two ''vie ferrate'', one in Tenda and the other one in Briga. Always in val Roya, the Meraviglie valley, in the park of the Mercantour, offers views breath-taking and a real natural heaven.

The same activities, exepct for the kayak and the canoa, is possible to practise them in val Nervia too. In high valley, in the area around Melosa (very important for the flora), are presents for the speleology lovers some caverns and, on the Pietravecchia mountain, some ''vie ferrate''. The roads of these valleys are interesting also for the road bike lovers. During the winter is possible to practise skiing and cross-country skiiing.

In the near Argentina valley there is a place for doing the Bungee Jumping on the Loreto bridge.

Another sport that took foot in this are is canyoning, feasible from June to September.

As last we leave trekking, in val Roya starting from Airole, up to arrive in the top of Col di Tenda we have the possibility of walking on paths and muleteer very charming. In the near val Nervia there are as many interesting routes, and besides of the many paths, on the hills of Camporosso, Dolceacqua, Rocchetta Nervina, Isolabona, Apricale, Pigna, Buggio and Castelvittorio are absolutely to signal the ''Alta Via'' of the Ligurian mountains, the ''Via del Sale'' and the ''Sendtiero degli Alpini''.

You could do the tourist walking for Bordighera, S.Remo, Montecarlo and Nice, or visiting the typical hinterland villages, where you can eat and drink really well! The pramble to spend a beautiful weekend or an holiday there are all, now is up to you to you decide when to come.
