The International SAILOR Award "il diploma dei marinai" it is accessible to everybody the OMs and Italian SWL and foreigners.
The allowed ways are SSB/CW/RTTY/MIXED.
There are 5 categories:

1. MARINER (Marinaio): Total 100 QSO point;

2. SERGENT (Sergente): Total 250 QSO point;

3. TENENT (Tenente): Total 500 QSO point;

4. CAPTAIN (Capitano): Total 750 QSO point;

5. ADMIRAL (Ammiraglio): Total 1000 QSO point;

The contacts are valid beginning from 1.01.2000 on all the bands HF and understood WARC, with belonging stations to the groups NAVAL, working stations from Museumships, Lighthouse, Lightships or Lightvessel, Maritime Mobiles and Naval Radio Clubs that they use special Call (see lists of reference).

Every station can be worked listened an only time (a second time can be worked if it belongs to others Naval Club).

The "Endorsment" you can be required for the advancement to the 5 Euro for every Category QSO for points (250 - 500 - 750 - 1000);

For the request Award it needs to send in envelope to the address of the Award Manager, 1 personal QSL, the application form complete of the drawn out LOG (they are not in demand the QSLs of confirmation but it is obligatory to have the QSLs for possible control original) and 15 €. (15 $) for the not members ARMI, while for the members ARMI 10 €. (10 $) to the following address:
