Two bright flares have been observed from this pair of NOSS satellites from Finland (report). By using the report and a photo I received, I have generated predictions for the next 24 hours (17/18 August).

The flare should be visible between the two red tracks. Click on the following link to see the tracks on Google Maps or Google Earth.

The Satellite USA 173 (28095) can be used to track the NOSS pair.
