LUCIFER

I, heavenly born,
holy bringer of the light,
should I be damned, and torn,
for my choice of wrong and right?

Lucifer's my name,
carpet of eternal blame.

Being an angel in my loom,
with a demon carapace,
this is my eternal doom,
celestial soul of evil race.

Lucifer's my name,
in the darkness with my shame.

Burn'd the Holy Demiurge eyes,
in a shining bursting wrath.
I know he has no second prize
for those who are not puppet enough.

Lucifer's my name,
shall I die by sword of flame.

Scream, cry, the Dreadful Fall.
Now I am alone. Forlorn.
Far sung echoes of recall
from the place where I was born.

Lucifer's my name,
betrayer loser of the game.

And you, cathedral made of dust,
what can make you pray so blind,
if not realizing only at last
that you are in cage in HIS OWN mind.

Lucifer's my name,
so let's start to gain my fame…
