The official presentation of the new DVD sets that will include the whole UFO series in Italian has proven more than exciting!!
The DVDs will carry three audio tracks, one of which remastered in 5.1; tracks will be both in the original English version and in the 1971 version of the Italian speaking Swiss TV (13 episodes) as well as in the RAI Italian TV dubbing (16 episodes).
As the different audio tracks are not common to all 26 episodes, this DVD edition will allow audio track access for each episode, while commonly DVDs allow a general selection of the audio track.
This DVD version of UFO is for sure the most complete and appealing among the ones so far produced; it includes: trailers from some of the "film compilations" produced in Italy in the 70's, a wide section dedicated to special contents, the collectors' materials and stills from the set, in addition to five collectors' cards and a replica of the S.H.A.D.O. pin.
Following are: a detailed description of the contents of the first set (available both in the standard version and in the "de luxe" version), many pictures of the external graphics of the package (final) and the inside graphics, some images of the menus, options and the numbered collectors' card which will contain some frames of the series and that has been autographed by either Ed Bishop or Michael Billington.
