	I have copied these out for you, my mother had 17 children, but the last was still born, a good many died in infancy, I just remember seeing a little wee white coffin, the last baby no doubt Winifred. I was four years old. [Arthur Charles is obviously confused here - if he was approx. 4 years old, it must have been Daisy Violet or Olive Louise]. I've put an X by those who passed on. Father was one of eight brothers. I think he was the sixth. Uncle Godfrey Willie [sic] and Aunt Clara had one son, Willie Godfrey they had one daughter Ruth. Uncle Edgar lived in London, his wife dropped dead on way [sic] to station from a weak heart. Mother was one of three sisters Aunt Ellen, she married a Mr Sedgeberry, with one daughter Nellie Regina who died age 71 years Dec 5 1958. Aunt Emily spinster, I can't remember her death. Mother also had one brother William Henry Gay, who died March 15 1906 aged 60 years. My father died August 31 1910 60 years Dad born 1850 Mother died August 7 1942 91 years all but three days Mum born 1851 My sister Rosa Curtis died November 26 1930 in Barbados no family Fred Curtis husband (died) August 21 1931 came to England died 9 months later. Ernest Henry Godfrey died January 27 1938, he lived in Cardiff, aged 53 years. they had two daughters , Grace & Gwendoline. Florrie Pope died October 31, 1939 aged 62 years William Francis Henry Pope died August 13 1951. 78 years. One daughter, Irene Florence Pope, one son Wilfrid Godfrey Pope. Muriel Irene Godfrey died May 22 1916 aged 22 years. Uncle William Henry Gay had two daughters Edith & Kitty Gay. They both passed on. Kate Godfrey 86 yrs (old) today May 4 1964. She married Ernest-Quinton [?] Williams, 86 years on May 14, 1964. They had no offspring.
